Welcome To Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities
We “Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities” is the platform of materialization of the dream which a group of social activists of Gujarat have seen, became true in the year 2007.
From that period Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities has travelled a long way and is now a State-level Organization. We have formed a number of SHGs with women members of the vulnerable section of the community in a few districts. Through these SHGs, Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities is going ahead in the way of holistic and sustainable development at the grassroots level in Puducherry and Kerala.
In addition to that, at present, Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities has undertaken interventions in all districts of Kerala & Puducherry. Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities has undertaken some welfare & development activities for the backward classes, SC, ST, Minority, and other economically disadvantaged communities since its establishment.
Besides, we are also now one of the partners in the Central Government Project of the “National Digital Literacy Mission” (NDLM) and are working all over Kerala. Our primary aim is to make at least one person computer literate in every family. According to the advice from the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities is facilitating the opening of centres for preliminary digital learning. For this purpose, Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities is actively involved with all those centres established in different corners of Kerala.
What We Do

Health Care and Nutrition program
The Society is conducting a mobile unit of trained health workers who move from village to village to provide primary medicine and referral service to the nearest hospital. In almost all the remote villages, there is no Health Centre and as a result our service has been highly welcome by the rural people at the time of emergency. Nutrition program have taken up by our workers and are helping the children of rural people to a great extent. Packages of nutritious food are being supplied to the children and pregnant mothers with proper advice free of cost.

Yoga Camp:
Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities organized promoting Yoga during the year at different districts of Gujarat.

Computer training:
There are 464 poor students taking computer education giving nominal fees. During last 5 years 3655 students received computer education in our centre.

Vocational and Skill Development Pragram
500 Women SHG members have taken training on Kantha stitch Tailoring, Food processing and Beautician per year.
05.
Integrated Agricultural development program and Farmers Club program
Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities is working in the field of agricultural development applying the modern technology and skill upgradation of farmers duly supported by NABARD and IIT, Kharagpur throughtout the State.
06.
E-shakti project
2686 SHGs have been already digitized under NABARD Eshakti project in Pashchim Midnapure district. The process is ongoing through mobile App by 98 numbers of Animators.
